South Australia’s premiere entertainment destination located in Adelaide’s historic Railway Station building.

Constructed in 1913, Her Majesty’s Theatre is Adelaide’s oldest continually operating performance venue and holds a place of cultural and historic significance within the city.

The $66m redevelopment will include restoration of the building’s heritage façade and Eastern wall, the construction of a new larger auditorium over three levels with modern foyers and backstage facilities and a new front entrance and striking canopy.

Situated at the historic Adelaide Oval, Oval Hotel is the first of its kind in Australia and a one of a kind accommodation experience anywhere in the world.  The boutique 138-room hotel is due for completion in September 2020.

The hotel will feature two wings that will integrate into the existing design on either side of the East Gate. The wings will be linked by an elevated foyer and lounge pod with views into the east atrium and out to the parklands and city skyline.

The 24,500sqm GPO Exchange project comprises 19 floors of commercial office space, a new ground floor foyer, club style end of trip facilities and 71 secure car parks. As part of the GPO Exchange project, the heritage listed Telephone Exchange Building will be refurbished and upgraded providing additional boutique office/retail accommodation.

BHP have acquired the naming rights for the new GPO Exchange office tower and will relocate their head office from Grenfell Street. The South Australian Attorney General’s department will also be relocating their offices to the tower.
